Zum Absaugen von Schweißrauch, Gasen und Dämp-

fen mit Abluft ins Freie. In solider Stahlblechaus-

führung. Im Unterteil des Schweißtisches ist das

Ventilatorgehäuse eingebaut. Luftsog oberhalb der

gesamten Rostfläche gleichmäßig nach unten strö-

mend. Ausblasstutzen unten. Mittig ein Schubkasten

zur Sammlung von Elektrodenresten und Schlacke.

Der Schweißrost besteht aus einzelnen Vierkant-

rohren, die bei Beschädigung leicht ausgewechselt

werden können. Links und rechts je eine Werkzeug-

ablage. Der Ventilatormotor ist durch einen integrier-

ten Motorschutzschalter vor Überlastung geschützt.

Die Weiterleitung der abgesaugten Rauche, Gase und

Dämpfe durch Wickelfalzrohre muss den örtlichen

Verhältnissen angepasst werden.

For suction of welding fume, gas and vapors into the

outside air. In solid steel sheet design. The fan casing

is built into the bottom part of the welding table. Air

suction on top of the complete grid is continuously

streaming downwards. Exhaust vent at the bottom.

In the middle there is a drawer for absorbing the stub

ends and slag. The welding grid consists of separate

rectangular tubes which can be replaced easily when

damaged. There is a tool deposit at the left and right

side. The fan casing is protected from overheating by

an integrated motor overload switch. The transmis-

sion of the sucked off fumes, gas and vapors through

folded spiral-seam pipes have to be adjusted to the

local conditions.
