Unentbehrlich wenn der gesamte Werkzeugbestand einer Maschine in der

Fertigung staubgeschützt gelagert werden soll. Platzsparend zu öffnen.

Ausführung: Schrankgehäuse mit leichtgängigen Vertikal-Rollladen, in RAL

7035 lichtgrau, mit Hakenriegelschloss und Bügelgriff. Innen mit seitlicher

Schlitzlochung im 25 mm Raster zum Einhängen der Einsatzrahmen. Der

Rollladen besteht aus flexiblen Kunststoffprofilen unten anschlagend mit

mittig eingebauter Griffleiste. Der Gewichtsausgleich erfolgt über eine

Federwelle. Rollladenschränke werden fertig montiert geliefert. Je nach

Werkzeughöhe können 4 oder mehr Einsatzrahmen eingehängt werden.

Option: Verstellböden

This unit is ideal for protecting all of the tools for a machine in a dust-free

environment. There is very little space necessary for opening this unit.

Design: cabinet housing with easy-roll vertical roller shutter in RAL 7035

light grey, with a hook bolt lock and a bow type handle. The inside walls

are slotted on a 25 mm pitch to accommodate tool holder racks. The roller

shutter is made of flexible plastic sections with a mechanical stop at the

bottom and an easy-pull handle in the centre. The weight counterbalance

is achieved by means of a spring-loaded shaft. Roller shutter cabinets are

delivered fully assembled. Dependent on the height of the tools, 4 or more

tool holder racks can be fitted. Option: adjustable shelves
